Refund policy

Returns & exchanges

You can request a return within:

  • United States orders: 14 days from delivery
  • International orders: 15 days from delivery

To start a return, email info@ringlizard.com within your return window with your order number. Returns sent without authorization won't be processed. We don't process exchanges directly: return the original item and place a new order for the one you want.

Return & exchange shipping costs

The customer is responsible for any and all postage and mailing charges arising from returns and exchanges. This includes:

  • The cost of shipping the item back to us (domestic or international).
  • The cost of shipping any replacement or newly ordered item to you.
  • Any customs duties, taxes or fees charged on a returned item, in either direction.

If we provide a prepaid return label for your convenience, its cost will be deducted from your refund. Please use a tracked shipping service; we can't be responsible for returns lost or damaged before they reach us. International customers should mark returns as "Returned Goods" on the customs form; any import charges on a returned package will be deducted from the refund.

Condition & restocking

Items must be unworn, in their original packaging, with tags attached. Items showing wear or damage won't be accepted. A restocking fee of up to 20% may apply to returned items.

EU customers: you also have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason; our 15-day international window covers this. No restocking fee applies to returns made under this right, though you pay the direct cost of return shipping and may be liable for any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is needed to inspect the item.

Non-returnable items

Customized or engraved pieces, sale and clearance items, and damaged or worn items can't be returned.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll let you know whether it's approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days, less any return label cost and restocking fee. Original shipping charges, customs duties, import taxes and carrier fees are non-refundable.
